摘要: Biologic recognition is critical for cell growth, its differentiation and a number of other physiological processes. Lectin carbohydrate interactions mediate regulate these cellular Hence they have attracted lot attention recently. Amongst lectins, those from legumes are the most widely studied. Herein, we report our findings based on influence amino acid constitution in maintaining structural integrity sugar binding specificity lectins. We implemented pattern system represented by heatmaps clustergrams. Percentage identity composition 46 legume lectins were computed to distinguish between different specific derive consensus amongst them.
