摘要: Abstract The effect of temperature on the CO 2 transport in blood some elasmobranchs ( Scyliorhinus, Mustelus, Torpedo ) was studied range 9 to 25°C and at tensions from 10 torr. relative change total whole 2.5% per °C that chemically bound true plasma4 % °C. log P -pH lines shifted a lower pH when increased. buffer capacity plasma meq/1 unit separated 4.2 unit. These values were not affected by temperature. 1 g hemoglobin 0.19 molal heat ionization 7700 cal/mol. Human diluted same red cell volume displayed relationships between , C as dogfish blood. It is concluded most differences man are due concentration proteins rather than different specific properties man.
