摘要: We report a case of 32-year-old female with histologically and clinically inactive chronic hepatic C infection, who received cadaveric renal transplant from hepatitis C-positive donor different genotype. The genotype mismatch (genotype 1 to 2) change tacrolimus-based immunosuppression resulted in severe infection characterized by 10-fold increase transaminase levels grade 3 inflammation histologically. Our highlights the risk genotype-mismatch transplants solid organ transplantation.
