摘要: Purpose: There is a lack of evidence about trunk muscle endurance, range motion (ROM), flexibility and quality life (QoL) in subjects with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) following posterior instrumentation fusion (PIF) surgery. The study aimed to compare ROM, flexibility, QoL the AIS lumbar or thoracic level after It also investigated relationship between AIS. Methods: Twenty aged 10-18 years (mean age=15.55±1.46 years) who underwent PIF surgery before 1-3 were included. divided into two groups as (n=10) group according level. ROM was assessed using universal goniometer, sit reach test lateral bending, extensor endurance Biering-Sorensen test, flexor Kraus-Weber through Scoliosis Research Society-22 revised (SRS-22r) scale. Results: significant difference flexion bending results (p<0.05). Thoracic showed better test. Trunk found correlated extension (r=0.718, p=0.001), (r=0.414, p=0.007), right (r=0.721, left (r=0.581, p=0.007). rotation (r=0.511, p=0.021), (r=0.410, p=0.073), SRS-22r total score (r=0.677, p=0.001) pain (r=0.554, p=0.011). Conclusion: essential for body posture These subject’s physiotherapy rehabilitation programs should focus on developing increase
