Adherence ADEKs, an oral multivitamin, dornase alfa, a nebulized mucolytic medication, monitored. ADEKs monitored by using Medication Event Monitoring System (MEMS) SmartCaps (APREX, AARDx, Inc., Union City, California). Dornase alfa rate counting empty vials. Results Thirty-three completed study, 15 1 18 2. overall mean rates for (± SD) 63.6% ± 24.0% 66.5% 31.2%, respectively. median 84.6% 79.1%, respectively ( p = .08); 2 56.7% vs. 78.4%, .07). There trend toward significance, suggesting that higher .08) 1. Group showed between groups .09), but not .93). Conclusion Parental supervision are likely play major role medical management. Partnership families about treatment plan might be important improving rate. MEMS is electronic monitoring technology should used measure drug objectively both further larger clinical trials outpatient setting.
