摘要: -Valerolactone was proposed as a renewable, non-toxic reaction medium having negligible vapor pressure for homogeneous Pd-catalyzed aminocarbonylation reactions. Iodobenzene model substrate and its 4-substituted derivatives were converted to the corresponding 2-ketocarboxamides with high conversion chemoselectivities in -valerolactone. The effect of carbon monoxide temperature on selectivities studied range 1-50 bar 25-100 °C, respectively. highest selectivitiy achieved at 25 50 °C iodobenzene GVL 24 h.
