摘要: The study of the anatomic and physiologic organization circadian systems invertebrates has a long productive history. Modern research can be traced to work Janet Harker in 1950s, who initiated efforts localize pacemakers photoreceptors system cockroach via lesion transplantation studies. Ultimately, was not successful, but questions approaches she pioneered set stage for subsequent identify components invertebrate systems. These have been directed toward answering several fundamental about which are focus this review. first these concerns nature pacemaking that generates timing signal. What loci component oscillators, what is significance multioscillator organization, how does emerge development? Second, pathways mechanisms by inputs regulate its phase period? Finally, neural endocrine signals regulates various processes under control?
