摘要: Twenty-five patients with thyroid tumors were scintigraphed both Tl-201 chloride and Ga-67 citrate. All cases showed a focal area of decreased activity I-131 or pertechnetate (Tc-99m), each had histological diagnosis after surgery excisional biopsy. From the data we conclude following: (1) Tumors giving positive scan but negative results using citrate prove to be differentiated carcinoma poorly adenoma. (2) that are highly malignant types, if these by Tl-201, undifferentiated is suggested. (3) scintigraphy useful procedure in locating distant metastases, determining irradiated, judging effect therapy on carcinoma.
