摘要: A method of compressing electroencephalographic signals using the set partitioning in hierarchical trees (SPIHT) algorithm is described. The were compressed at a variety different compression ratios (CRs), with loss signal integrity each CR determined percentage root-mean squared difference between reconstructed and original. An analysis computational complexity SPIHT also presented, Blackfin processor as an example implementation target.
