摘要: In septic shock, tissue factor (TF) activates blood coagulation, and cytokines chemokines orchestrate an inflammatory response. this study, the role of Egr-1 in lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induction TF mediators vivo was evaluated using Egr-1(+/+) Egr-1(-/-) mice. Administration LPS transiently increased steady-state levels mRNA kidneys lungs mice with maximal at one hour. expressed epithelial cells untreated LPS-treated monocyte chemoattractant protein not affected 3 hours, but its expression significantly reduced 8 hours compared observed Similarly, However, deficiency did affect plasma tumor necrosis alpha endotoxemic Moreover, exhibited similar survival times a model acute endotoxemia. These data indicate that does contribute to early response or systemic sustained lungs.
