摘要: Protease enzymes of most potent strain, bacillus cereus , were purified in 2-step procedures involving ammonium sulfate precipitation, sephadex G-200 and G-100 gel permeation chromatography. The purification steps proteases specific activities 727.4 u/mg protein/ml. maximum protease for attained at 30 0 C, pH 7.2, 1% chitin concentration 0.4 enzyme concentrations. obtained data showed that the different not identical ones . It was suggested applications present fields pharmacy, chemotherapeutic agents and/or industrial purposes this suggestion, however, needs further investigation. Â
