摘要: Data from soil ground pressure sensors show that residual stress, or the net stress remaining after a vehicle has passed over sensor, is proportional to peak stress peak compaction force. This suggests simple way measure and compare compaction between different vehicles treatments. paper reviews two methods of measuring residual soil comparing results method more rigorous method, and reports magnitude measured relationships between residual stress, compactibility.
