摘要: Changes in filamin A (FLNa) expression contribute to the development and progression of numerous malignancies. However, vitro studies breast cancer have shown conflicting results. Thus, present study aimed detect FLNa tissue samples association with clinicopathological data, order provide insightful ex vivo data. total 96 distant normal tissues 20 benign tumor specimens were subjected immunohistochemistry or reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis expression. Clinicopathological data collected analyze The protein was overexpressed compared mammary gland tissues. expressed 63.5% cancer, positive rates 36, 66.7 84.6%, respectively, stage I, II III patients (P<0.05). Overexpression associated advanced stage, lymph node metastasis, vascular neural invasion, menstruation state other risk stratifications for cancer. overexpression validated by RT-PCR, indicating transcriptional regulation mRNA tissues, which metastasis invasion suggesting that contributes progression.
