摘要: Magnets are widely used in a large number of applications, and their market is larger than that semiconductors. Information storage certainly one the most important uses magnets, lower limit to size memory elements provided by superparamagnetic size, below which information cannot be permanently stored because magnetization freely fluctuates. This occurs at room temperature for particles range 10–100 nm, owing nature material. However, even smaller can principle either working temperatures or taking advantage onset quantum effects, make nanomagnets candidates construction computers.
