摘要: The research employs qualitative feminist methods, particularly in-depth interviews, in order to examine the identity management strategies of women seafarers. analysis then focuses on patterns strategies: how changed chronologically as well multi-dimensionally (e.g. across space time). project concludes with several suggestions for future research. findings this study emphasise need increase employment seafarers industry improve living conditions life board both male and female
