摘要: Four million patients present to US emergency departments (EDs) annually with the complaint of headache. The physician must diagnose malignant secondary causes headache such as aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage expeditiously, treat acute exacerbations primary disorders migraine effectively, and provide tailored education who use ED a medical safety net. needs EDs are varying complex – one-size-fits-all strategy is doomed failure.
