摘要: The formation of micelles, vesicles and monomolecular layers by amphiphilic cyclodextrins possessing hydrophobic ester groups on the secondary hydroxyl face is described. physico-chemical properties these self-organizing systems were studied dynamic light scattering, variable-temperature 1H NMR, use lanthanide shift reagents, deposition Langmuir layers, solubility measurements aqueous non-aqueous surface tension activity measurements. results are interpreted in terms cylindrical geometry compounds which, coupled with presence a large planar polar head group, lead to self-organized both organic solvents also at air–water interface.
