摘要: Barrett's oesophagus is usually the result of severe reflux disease. Relief symptoms primary aim treatment in patients with who do not have high-grade dysplasia. Some studies medium-term (2-5 years) follow up show that antireflux surgery can provide good or excellent symptom control, normal oesophageal acid exposure, more than 90% oesophagus. Antireflux surgery, but medical therapy, also reduce duodenal nonacid to levels. There no conclusive evidence prevent development dysplasia cancer, it reliably induce regression dysplasia, and should therefore remain a surveillance programme after operation. data suggest intestinal metaplasia (IM) disease IM. The combination plus an endoscopic ablation procedure promising for low-grade
