摘要: Male broiler chickens growing from 7 to 35 d were fed on a diet containing 150 g crude protein (N x 6.25)/kg supplemented with lysine equal that in diets 166, 183 and 200 protein/kg (Expt 1). A second group of male over the same period 120 lysine, arginine, tryptophan, threonine isoleucine 144, 172 2). Growth was improved by supplementation but not level attained feeding Lysine, low-protein also growth, growth again fell short protein/kg. Plasma insulin-like factor-1 thyroxine concentrations increased triiodothyronine decreased as g/kg diet. Supplemental did affect plasma levels these hormones. Although dietary noticeably changed rates vitro lipogenesis, changing either single limiting amino acid or several acids change lipogenesis.
