摘要: This paper is dedicated to the memory of Bye Wynne, who never held back from life, charging those he touched with his vigor, heart, and mind. Thanks. This article reports on an experiment investigating effects a human facilitator computerized Group Support System GSS group meeting outcomes. These treatments were applied in same way as they are real organizational situations, experimental conditions used control confounding influences other outside factors. Forty-eight groups supported by one, both, or neither treatments. Groups designed coordinated production strategy during then implemented their strategy. performance, perceptions cohension, interaction processes assessed primary dependent variables. Facilitated experienced improved greater cohesion, whereas GSS-supported did not. Facilitator support together tended enhance one another's effective influence cohesion processes. No significant treatment Performance found. Supplemental analyses revealed that quality facilitators restrictiveness different tools moderated impacts appropriation
