An Experiment Assessing Group Support System and Facilitator Effects on Meeting Outcomes

This article reports on an experiment investigating effects a human facilitator computerized Group Support System GSS group meeting outcomes. These treatments were applied in same way as they are real organizational situations, experimental conditions used control confounding influences other outside factors. Forty-eight groups supported by one, both, or neither treatments.
