摘要: Physiological adaptation as it occurs in bacterial cells at variable environmental conditions influences characteristic properties of growth kinetics significantly. However, physiological to related parameters activated sludge modelling is not yet recognised. Consequently these are regarded be constant. To investigate the endogenous respiration an aerobic degradation batch experiment and simultaneous that maximum possible was measured. The samples were taken from full scale wastewater treatment plants with different retention times (SRTs). It could shown low SRT adapts by optimisation (high rate high decay rate) its particular environment where a survival optimization (low rate). Thereby, both specific vary same pattern strongly correlated each other. describe state mixed cultures like quantitatively factor (PSF) proposed ratio rate. PSF can expressed exponential function respect SRT.
