摘要: A multidimensional item response theory model that accounts for style factors is presented. The model, a extension of Bock's nominal shown to allow the study and control effects in ordered rating scale data so as reduce bias measurement intended trait. In current application, also used investigate an underlying cause differential functioning. approach illustrated using responses cigarette smokers Wisconsin Inventory Smoking Dependence Motives, self-report measure tobacco dependence.
