摘要: The need for refocusing and reengineering the drinking culture new emerging effects on youths older population in Kenya cannot be underestimated. youth who are future professionals any developing nation like Kenya, should given special attention through proper education alcohol consumption. study was cross-sectional sought to establish extent which management is executed with greater emphasis being directed towards young adults Kenya. research carried out 7 (seven) provinces of due their cultural differences findings established. Research questionnaires were prepared hand delivered religious social leaders, managers, educational heads, operators industry officials regions. paper employed ethical theories such as virtue ethics, deontological learning growth teleological ethics build its content. involved survey approach get responses from seven provinces. An analysis data using principal component analysis.  A major finding found weakening influence institutions instill concerns other members society education. It also established that society, family have lost superiority thus allowing engage unproductive irresponsible seek satisfaction pleasures.
