摘要: Using a combination of gel filtration and paper chromatography, tumour reducing component from mistletoe extract (Iscador) was isolated identified to be peptide approximate molecular weight 5000. The reduced the solid induced by Dalton's lymphoma ascites cells (DLA cells) in mice. very cytotoxic DLA but not normal lymphocytes, indicating cell dependent specificity.
