摘要: The origin of astrocytes the mouse neocortex during fetal and early postnatal periods as determined by immunocytological, autoradiographic, electron microscopic antimitotic methods is described. Most destined for white matter infragranular cortical layers are derived from transformation radial glial cells between P0 P10 with an inside-out pattern. This cell metamorphosis not directly preceded mitosis involves activation lysosomal apparatus. In opposition to recent hypotheses, our findings suggest that most supragranular produced in germinative zone after migration neurons themselves migrate afterwards upper cortex E16 first days. These do display intermediate stage participate pattern appearance deeper astrocytes. second step astrocytogenesis a condition normal cytoarchitectonic development maintenance layers, since deprivation astrocytic equipment drug drastically reduces number neurons.
