摘要: This paper presents the development of tapered optical fiber sensor to detect a specific Leptospira bacteria DNA. The causes Leptospirosis, deadly disease but with common early flu-like symptoms. It discovered that shift SMF linearly proportional increase cDNA concentrations from 0.1 1.0 nM. sensitivity toward be 1.2862 nm/nM able as low fM. indicates high specificity when only minimal detected for non-cDNA testing. developed distinguish between actual serovars (Canicola Copenhageni) against Clostridium difficile (control sample) at very (femtomolar) target concentrations.
