摘要: The ability of malignant cells to disseminate from a locally growing tumor mass visceral organs such as lung or liver form there secondary lesions (metastases) is known be the most life threatening aspect cancer. In spite much effort devoted metastasis research, particularly in recent years, we still do not know why tumors metastasize and how they it. Differences between metastatic nonmetastatic cell lines are beginning emerge, however, cascade theory complex overall process formation has been subdivided into sequential steps.
