摘要: The tannase of Cryphonectria parasitica was isolated from the mycelium and purified 142-fold with a 10% yield by anion exchange chromatography gel filtration. estimated molecular weight 240 kDa molecule may be tetramer composed four subunits 58 kDa. enzyme separated into six bands in pH range 4·6–5·1. Based on Michaelis-Menten constant (K m ) for three substrates tested, aleppo tannic acid best substrate = 0·95 ). Hamamelitannin, present blight-susceptible chestnut bark, also good 5·07 ellagitannins, vescalagin castalagin, were not no inhibition C. these compounds found. Gallic an effective competitive inhibitor all concentrations tested i 11·0–13·1 relative activities specific tannin related to number ester depside bonds substrates.
