摘要: Abstract Hop growing in Bavaria requires the use of copper containing fungicides against mildew, which results an accumulation upper soils to concentrations up approximately 450 mg kg−1. The naturally occurring concentration is 10–15 times lower. Several single and sequential extractions were performed parallel determination total content after aqua regia digestion. By these means mobility retention, its availability plants as well distribution was assessed. Three agricultural two from fallow land have been analysed elucidate whether changes relation activities predict environmental risks due high concentrations. This work also focuses on difficulties arising different when using extraction procedures. EDTA, acetic acid, deionised water, ammonium nitrate calcium chloride used extractants for functionally defined speciation. EDTA acid can be regarded plant-available species, while NH4NO3 CaCl2 only release electrostatically weakly bound metals estimate mobile species. behaviour procedures discussed with respect quantities extracted contaminated non-contaminated soils. studies indicate that no vertical translocation observed ground, but main amounts are highly available plants. Sequential operationally speciation, quantifying specific soil phases. ‘five-step scheme’ first applied, suggested by Standard Measurement Testing Programme European Community, overestimated residual phase. mainly non-specific nature reagents organic/sulfidic crystalline iron oxide fraction. A second reason could fact this scheme developed sediment not analysis. Therefore, has applied adapted method Zeien Bruemmer, different, showing 40–50% organic fraction 15–30% oxides. much After comparing plants, micro-organisms groundwater brief.
