摘要: Background: Chlorpyrifos (CP) is one of the most widely used organophosphate (OP) insecticides in agricultural and residential pest control with its attendant adverse health eff ect. In present study, it proposed to investigate possible modulatory role magnesium oxide nanoparticles (MgO NPs) against CP-induced toxicity human lymphocytes determine mechanisms lying behind this protection by viability biochemical assays. Materials Methods: Isolated were exposed 12 ?g/mL CP either alone or combination diff erent concentrations MgO NPs (0.1 ?g/mL, 1 10 100 ?g/mL). After a 3-day incubation, the oxidative stress markers including cellular mitochondrial activity, caspase-3 -9 activities, total antioxidant power, lipid peroxidation, myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity measured. Also, levels tumor necrosis factor-? (TNF-?) as infl ammatory index, along acetylcholinesterase (AChE) Statistical erences determined using one-way analysis variance (ANOVA) Dunnett’s multiple comparison tests. Results: It indicated that CP-exposed treated resulted substantial reduction pace mortality well stages dose-dependent manner. (100 ?g/mL) meaningfully restored increase TNF-? (P < 0.001) decrease AChE capable preventing CP-treated from apoptosis 0.001). Conclusion: Our results demonstrate approximate nm diameter not only make cells resistant toxic properties but also attenuate ects CP,which demonstrating potential be applied future immune defi ciency therapeutic strategies.
