摘要: The transforming heterotrimeric G proteins Gα12 and Gα13 have been implicated in the regulation of various cellular processes, such as gene transcription rearrangement actin-based cytoskeleton. Many these functions are dependent on activation monomeric GTPase RhoA. RGS-RhoGEFs, a distinct family guanine nucleotide exchange factors, which contain RGS-like domains their N-termini, serve direct links between Gα12/13 focus this chapter is molecular mechanisms that underlie regulate signaling from to RhoA via RGS-RhoGEFs. physiological significance pathway also discussed.
