摘要: The vast repertoire of T-cell receptor specificities is accomplished by somatic assembly V, D, and J gene segments into genes encoding the (TCR) -α -β chains. Because chances are that this partially random process does not produce a useful TCR, several selection events imposed on developing T-cells. These all controlled signals transduced through TCR-CD3 complexes. composition complex, it, responses thymocytes differ at distinct stages development. This chapter describes molecular CD3-containing complexes, as well maturation inducible upon ligation with antibodies.
