摘要: Alternative splicing of pre-mRNA is an essential event that leads to protein diversity and regulation the cellular processes in mammals. With advent next generation sequencing technologies, role alternative gaining a momentum. Regulation complex process involving core spliceosome machinery multiple regulatory factors enable tightly controlled introns/exons. Any aberrant alteration this can result diseases such as cancer. Indeed, accumulating evidence suggests plays important all hallmarks cancer including proliferative signaling, resisting cell death, inducing angiogenesis, activating invasion metastasis. These changes may occur due mutations or altered expression levels key genes factors. In review, we summarize recent findings have implicated critical breast discuss current understandings its potential utility
