摘要: Biofunctionalized surfaces based on dendronized cellulose were prepared either by embedding 6-deoxy-6-(1,2,3-triazolo)-4-polyamidoamine (PAMAM) (degree of substitution, DS 0.25), obtained homogeneous conversion 6-deoxy-6-azido with propargyl-PAMAM dendron via the copper-catalyzed Huisgen reaction, in a acetate (DS 2.50) matrix or heterogeneous functionalization deoxy-azido film dendron. The amount amino groups provided solid supports was determined and covalent attachment enzyme proven glucose oxidase as model after activation glutardialdehyde. quality immobilization defined determining specific activity, coupling efficiency, storage stability, reproducibility. Although yields product that binds more compared to blend derivative acetate, efficiency is comparatively small. Nevertheless, different approaches for preparation biofunctionalized provide an excellent reproducibility good stability.
