摘要: The role of pro-inflammatory cells and inflammatory mediators in the pathogenesis asthma has become a subject profound investigation. process involves highly complex series events occurring at both tissue cellular levels response to diverse number stimuli. Of particular interest recent years been up-regulation enhanced expression adhesion glycoproteins on vascular endothelium circulating leukocytes that lead leukocyte margination, activation, subsequent migration out vessels into tissue.
