摘要: A wireless train proximity alert system provides a constant warning signal to warn vehicles approaching crossing when is also the crossing. The includes transceiver, positioned on itself or at side of track, for transmitting signal, which preferably train's speed and position. crossing-based transceiver receives transmits boundary coordinates zone estimated time-to-arrival within predetermined range. vehicle-based receiver crossing's position, compares them vehicle's position speed, produces an alarm operator potential accident indicated.
