摘要: The kinetics of accumulation phytoalexins, glycoalkaloids and phenolics was studied in two potato cultivars differing their degrees field resistance when infected withPhytophthora infestans. Tuber slices leaves cvs Pampeana INTA (high degree resistance, free R genes) Bintje (susceptible) were with race C (complex 1, 3, 5, 7, 11) ofPhytophthora Phytoalexins accumulated tuber leaf tissues which had been inoculated. levels these compounds the susceptible cv. relatively low similar to those found before inoculation. Leaves a very high glycoalkaloid content, suggesting that may play role protection against fungus. However, we could find no correlation between content tubers. Our results suggest major complex mechanisms resistance.
