摘要: Using data obtained from 826 non-managers, this paper explores the effects of age, education and gender on desired actual levels employee involvement in decision making. Analysis five decision-making dimensions indicated that, though age appear to have an effect desire for employee's processes, does not be influence. A discussion study's implications human resource practice suggestions future research are presented.
