摘要: In unserer Klinik werden pro Jahr etwa 70 freie Lappentransfers durchgefuhrt. Der Zweitautor hat personlich uber 500 Lappen selbst gehoben und anastomosiert, die Verlustrate betrug lediglich 2 % in einem Zeitraum von 10 Jahren. Diese insgesamt geringe war zum grosten Teil das Ergebnis der entsprechenden Lernkurve bei den ersten 30 Lappen.
