摘要: As a participant of the endogenous arachidonic acid metabolic cascade, microsomal cytochrome P450 metabolizes fatty to biologically active hydroxyeicosatetraenoic and epoxyeicosatrienoic acids. Studies from several laboratories have documented powerful vasoactive properties these P450-derived eicosanoids. Associated changes in cell membrane ion permeability fluxes may provide molecular basis underlining their vasoactivity. Furthermore, role for monooxygenase renal physiology pathophysiology has been suggested by: 1) an association between activities omega/omega-1 oxygenase development hypertension spontaneously hypertensive rats, 2) relationship acquired or inherited abnormalities epoxygenase and/or regulation salt-sensitive Dahl rats.
