摘要: Abstract We report on the effect of electric field photoluminescence (PL) from a composite consisting BEHP-co-MEH-PPV conjugated polymer mixed with ZnO nanoparticles. have found that in absence PL emission BEHP-co-MEH-PPV-ZnO has two maxima blue and green-yellow regions. Application voltage bias to planar gold electrodes suppresses green yellow shifts only maximum towards region. Current–voltage characteristics exhibit nonlinear behaviour typical nonhomogeneous polymer-inorganic structures. Generation excited states structure implies presence several radiative recombination mechanisms including formation polymer-nanoparticle complexes “exciplex” charge transfer between nanoparticle can be controlled by an field.
