摘要: Effective governance is a key to data warehousing success. An example of company that has excelled in warehouse Blue Cross and Shield North Carolina (BCBSNC). The resulted many organizational benefits, including providing "a single version the truth," better analysis time savings for users, reductions head count, facilitation development new applications, data, support customer-focused business strategies. structures processes used by BCBSNC represent best practices other companies follow.
