摘要: The breakdown of different air gaps at high overvoltages in an inhomogeneous electric field was investigated with a time resolution up to 100 ps. Dynamic displacement current used for diagnostics ionization processes between the wave front and plane anode. It is demonstrated that during generation supershort avalanche electron beam (SAEB) amplitudes ∼10 A more, conductivity stage ensured by wave, whose propagates from electrode small curvature radius, dynamic electrode. amplitude measured shunt times greater than SAEB. shown large cathode diameter, subnanosecond rise applied pulse voltage can be higher 4 kA.
