摘要: An embodiment according to the present invention addresses reusability and alignment of content across channels in a multi-channel virtual assistant, by allowing users define on one channel then have fully or partially translated for other using mix pre-defined static rules, dynamic rules machine learning. Content translation is provided based communications channels, performed from many formats, optionally real time. Performing learning provides an advantage that as work, becomes more precise covers elements.
