摘要: Receptor components for IL-10 are isolated and characterized. The amino acid sequence nucleic encoding various species variants of the receptors disclosed. Uses purified receptor gene polypeptide disclosed, including means screening agonists antagonists ligands, producing diagnostic or therapeutic reagents, antibodies. Therapeutic reagents kits also provided.
