摘要: This paper presents a multiagent model that facilitates aspects of shopping mall management, as well increasing the quality leisure facilities and on offer. The work presented focuses use multi agent architecture, based deliberative agents incorporates case-based planning. architecture considers dynamic framework, need to autonomous models are able evolve over time. whose aim is acquire knowledge adapt themselves environmental changes. system has been tested successfully, results obtained in this paper.
