摘要: The concepts of leaders and leadership have been dealt with by many different disciplines, such as psychology sociology, the fields management political science being foremost, become frequent subject matter academic discussions research. first studies in this field took place at beginning 20 th century, analysis important personalities that changed course history shaped societies’ futures their extraordinary abilities characteristics. It was predominantly these characteristics, well behavioral situational approaches, formed basis studies. objective study is to determine which six presidents Republic Turkey, who served or are serving Head State, has more charismatic employing an interdisciplinary methodology multi-criteria decision-making methods techniques used. Within context, traits a leader should were determined, weights calculated using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), used Fuzzy TOPSIS method, analyzed from perspective leadership. results obtained support predictions made before begun. determined Turgut Ozal, 8 President most among selected presidents.
