Acculturation profiles of Russian-speaking immigrants in Belgium and their socio-economic adaptation

摘要: This article presents the results of a study on relationship acculturation profiles Russian-speaking immigrants in Belgium, duration their stay, and socio-economic adaptation. The data came from socio-psychological survey 132 Belgium (first generation) were processed using latent profile analysis. We found three groups with differing profiles, largely resembling integration, assimilation, separation. that more positive orientation towards host society (assimilation integration) was associated adaptation; moreover, group an assimilation adapted than integration profile. Also, level adaptation higher for who have stayed country five years.
