摘要: A majority of the unsafe abortions are performed by untrained birth attendants or quacks leading to complications in a large proportion these cases. Complications like bowel injury, bladder uterine perforation, and septic abortion mostly caused unskilled hands detected immediately within few days procedure, owing need for tertiary level care.
