摘要: Aerobic anoxygenic phototrophic bacteria (AAPB) represent a widespread functional bacterial group defined by their obligate aerobic and facultative photoheterotrophic abilities. They are an active part of the marine microbial community as revealed large number previous investigations. Here, we made in-depth comparison AAPB structures in subsurface water upper twilight zone western Pacific Ocean using high-throughput sequencing based on pufM gene. Approximately, 100 000 sequences, grouped into 159 OTUs (94% cut-off value), included 44 24 unique to zone, respectively; 92 were common both 3 found all samples. Consistent with studies, belonging Gammaproteobacteria dominant whole column, followed alphaproteobacterial AAPB. Comparing relative abundance distribution patterns different clades, obvious community-structure separation according deeper or shallower environment could be observed. Sulfitobacter- like, Loktanella -like, Erythrobacter- Dinoroseobacter- like Gamma-HIMB55-like preferred high-light water, while Methylobacterium- ‘ Citromicrobium’ - Roseovarius- Bradyrhizobium -like AAPB, dim light environment.
